MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
Please read the agreement below carefully before becoming a member of our site.
1. Parties
a) www.payfem.com All legal rights and activities of the website are carried out by Payfem Textile and Digital Services Ltd. Co. located at Çay Mah. 2106 Street No:23 Floor:1 Bayraklı / İzmir .
(Hereinafter referred to as " Payfem Textile and Digital Services Ltd. ")
b) www.payfem.com Internet user who is a member of the website (“ Member ”).
2. Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this Membership Agreement is www.payfem.com, owned by Payfem Textile and Digital Services Ltd. It is the determination of the conditions under which the Member can benefit from the website and the rights and obligations of the parties.
3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
3.1. Member, www.payfem.com He/she declares that all personal and other information provided when registering to the website is accurate. He/she accepts and undertakes to compensate Payfem Tekstil ve Dijital Hizmetleri Ltd. Şti. for any damages it may incur due to any inaccuracies in this information.
3.2. Members may not share their username and password with third parties. The Member is entirely responsible for protecting their password. All legal and criminal liability arising from unauthorized use rests with the Member. Payfem Tekstil ve Dijital Hizmetleri Ltd. Şti. is not responsible in any way for any claims that may be made by third parties or authorized authorities as a result of such unauthorized use.
3.3. The Member agrees to comply with all applicable legislation when using the site. Otherwise, all legal and criminal liability arising from such use shall be the sole responsibility of the Member.
3.4. Member, www.payfem.com You may not use the website in a way that disrupts public order, is against general morality, disturbs others, is unlawful or violates the intellectual property rights of third parties.
Additionally, it cannot engage in activities that may endanger system and network security or prevent other users from accessing the services (spam, viruses, trojans, etc.).
3.5. The opinions, thoughts, comments, and content shared by members on the site are solely the members' personal opinions. Payfem Textile and Digital Services Ltd. assumes no responsibility for such content. Members are personally responsible for any damages that may arise from such content.
3.6. Payfem Textile and Digital Services Ltd. is not responsible for any damages that may arise from unauthorized access to Member data, system failures, or software errors. Members cannot claim compensation from the company for any damages they may incur through their use of the site.
3.7. The Member agrees not to access or use other users' data without permission. Otherwise, the Member shall be held responsible for any legal and criminal liability arising from such access.
3.8. A Member who violates one or more of the obligations set forth in this agreement shall be personally liable for all damages arising from such violations and shall hold Payfem Tekstil ve Dijital Hizmetleri Ltd. Şti. harmless from all consequences. The Company reserves the right to immediately terminate the membership agreement and demand compensation for damages due to such violations.
3.9. Payfem Textile and Digital Services Ltd. reserves the right to unilaterally terminate a Member's membership and delete member records and data when deemed necessary. The Member accepts this discretion in advance.
3.10. www.payfem.com All software, design, and visual elements of the website are the property of Payfem Textile and Digital Services Ltd. Co. Unauthorized use, copying, or modification of these contents is prohibited.
3.11. In order to improve the site, the Company may collect and evaluate anonymously technical information such as the IP address from which the site is accessed, date and time of visit, and pages viewed.
3.12. Payfem Tekstil ve Dijital Hizmetleri Ltd. Şti. may disclose the Member's personal data to the competent authorities only within the scope of legal obligation or to protect its own rights.
3.13. While the site takes the necessary precautions to ensure it is free of malware, ensuring ultimate security depends on the Member's use of their own virus protection system. The Member acknowledges that they are responsible for any errors or damage that may occur while accessing the site.
3.14. The Company reserves the right to change or terminate the site content, services provided, prices or access conditions without prior notice.
3.15. Payfem Textile and Digital Services Co. Ltd. may change, update, or revoke the terms of this agreement at any time. Changes shall take effect upon publication and shall be binding on all Members.
3.16. The parties agree that all computer records belonging to Payfem Tekstil ve Dijital Hizmetleri Ltd. Şti. are valid and conclusive evidence in accordance with Article 287 of the Civil Procedure Code.
3.17. Payfem Textile and Digital Services Co. Ltd. may send notifications to its members via email and text messages. By approving this agreement, the member is deemed to have agreed to receive notification emails and SMS messages.
4. Termination of the Contract
This agreement ends when the Member cancels his/her membership or when the membership is terminated by Payfem Tekstil ve Dijital Hizmetleri Ltd. Şti .
In case of violation of the provisions of this contract by the Member, the Company has the right to unilaterally cancel the membership and terminate the contract.
5. Competent Courts and Enforcement Offices
Izmir Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized to resolve disputes that may arise from this contract.
6. Entry into Force
Member's www.payfem.com Creating a membership registration at means that the user has read, understood and accepted all the provisions of this Membership Agreement.
This agreement shall enter into force mutually as soon as the Member completes the registration process.
