In this section, you can find the most up-to-date information about Payfem order, delivery, exchange, return and Money Point processes.

How can I make an exchange or cash point transaction?
Steps
  1. Log in to My Account and Create a New Request from the “Return & Exchange Requests” tab.
  2. Select the product you want to exchange and the reason for shipping.
  3. Place the product in a single package along with the original invoice .
  4. Ship the package within 14 days using one of the following methods:
    • Aras Cargo (Payment by the Recipient) : Please declare Payfem Tekstil as the recipient name at the branch and you can send it.
    • Other cargo companies : You pay the shipping cost (cash on delivery is not accepted).
Note: In exchange processes sent with Aras Cargo, the contracted shipping fee will be deducted from your exchange/Money Point amount.

What is your change policy?
  • The exchange period is 14 days from the date the product is delivered to you.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and its labels must not be removed .
  • Exchanges and gift certificates/Money Points cannot be used for campaign/discount products.

What is your return policy?
  • The return period is 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • The return process is initiated after the returned product conformity check.
  • Shipping and bank commissions are not included in the refund amount.
  • Returns of used, washed or damaged products are not accepted.
  • Submission of invoice is mandatory.

How can I track my order?

You will be notified by email/SMS at every stage of your order:

  • Once payment is completed: “Payfem | Your Order Has Been Received”
  • When shipped: “Payfem | Your Order Has Been Delivered”

You can also view the current status and cargo tracking number in the My Account → My Orders section.

When will my order arrive?
  • Items are usually shipped within 1–3 business days .
  • Delivery times vary depending on location, but are usually between 2–5 business days .
  • Free shipping is available on all orders.
  • Working plans of cargo companies may vary on public holidays.
Can I change the delivery address or recipient name of my order?
  • If your order is in “Confirmed” status, you can request a change of address/recipient from our customer service:**********.
  • If your order is in "Shipped" status, changes can only be made by the cargo company (Aras Kargo: 444 25 52 ).
My order was shipped incompletely or incorrectly.
  • If there is a missing/wrong product in the package, contact us: ******* .
  • If the cargo package is damaged, torn or opened, do not accept the delivery and report the situation to us immediately.
What are Money Points and how to use them?

For products that meet the exchange conditions, the product cost will be credited to your membership account as Money Points .

Use
  1. Add the product you like to your cart.
  2. View your defined Money Point code in the My Account → My Gift Certificates section.
  3. Enter the code in the "Use Gift Certificate" field in your cart; the amount will be automatically deducted.
  4. You can complete the remaining amount with your card.

You will not be notified of your Cash Points top-up via email; you can view it in your account.

My 14-day exchange period has expired, can I exchange the product?

We're sorry 💔 According to the Distance Selling Agreement, the exchange period for online purchases is 14 days and begins on the date the product is received. Exchanges cannot be made after this period.

Do you deliver abroad?

Currently, delivery is only available within Turkey .

Do you accept cash on delivery? What payment methods do you accept?

We do not offer cash on delivery. You can make your payment via credit card , debit card , or money order/EFT .

I forgot my password / How can I change my password?
I forgot my password
  1. Click on the “Membership” section in the top right corner of the home page.
  2. Select the “Forgot My Password” link.
  3. Create a new password using the link in the "Payfem - Password Renewal" message sent to your email.
I Want to Change My Password
  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Follow the steps My Account → My Member Information → Change Password .
If there is a cancellation/change/return on a promotional order, will the campaign be affected?
  • If the campaign conditions are still met after the change, the campaign will continue.
  • If the conditions are not met, the campaign will be canceled and the price difference will be reflected.
  • In the "Free Shipping" campaign, if the remaining amount after the return/cancellation falls below the campaign limit , the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
