Product Exchange and Return

Detailed information about exchange/return processes, shipping practices and Money Points usage.

What is your change policy?
  • The exchange period is 14 days from the date the product is delivered to you.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and the label must not have been removed .
  • Submission of invoice is mandatory.
  • Exchanges and gift certificates/Money Points cannot be used for campaign/discount products.
  • In-store exchanges are not accepted; transactions are processed via online request.

What is your return policy?
  • The return period is 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Products to be returned are subject to conformity checks; products that are not found suitable may be sent back to your address.
  • Shipping and bank commissions are not included in the refund amount.
  • Returns of used, worn or washed products are not accepted.
  • Submission of invoice is mandatory.
  • For orders with a Free Shipping campaign, if the remaining amount after the return falls below the campaign threshold, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Process and Timing

Once we receive your return shipment, we will instruct your bank to process the refund within 3 business days . The time it takes for your bank to reflect it on your card may vary from 5 to 14 business days .

How can I make an exchange/return?
Steps
  1. On Payfem.com , go to My AccountMy Return & Exchange Requests page.
  2. Click the Create New Request button; select the transaction type (exchange/return) and reason.
  3. Place the product together with its invoice in one package.
  4. Transfer:
    • Exchange : Shipments where you pay the shipping fee are accepted. Cash-on-delivery shipments are not accepted.
    • Returns : You can send the item with Aras Cargo, the buyer's payment ; the agreed shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Who pays the shipping costs for exchanges and returns?
  • Exchange : Shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender (cash payment is not accepted).
  • Returns : You can send the item with Aras Cargo, with the buyer paying ; the transaction will be completed by deducting the contracted shipping fee from your refund amount .

Cash on delivery shipments with other cargo companies are not accepted.

My 14-day exchange period has expired, can I exchange the product?

Sorry 💔 According to the Distance Selling Agreement, the exchange period for online purchases is 14 days and begins on the day the product is received. Exchanges cannot be made after this period.

How do I top up my Money Points when I request them?
  • After the product reaches us, a conformity check is carried out.
  • If the conditions are met, the product price will be credited to your account as Money Points .
  • If the conditions are not met, the product will be sent back to your address.
  • Cash Points top-ups are not notified by email; you can view your status in the My Account → Gift Certificates section.
How can I use my Cash Points?
  1. Add the product you like to your cart.
  2. View your defined Money Point code in the My Account → Gift Certificates section.
  3. Enter the code in the "Use Gift Certificate" field in your cart; the amount will be automatically deducted.
  4. Complete the remaining amount with your card information.
