ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

ARTICLE 4 - GENERAL PROVISIONS

4.2. ARTICLE 5 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason and without paying any penalty within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the product to the BUYER or to the person/organization at the address provided. It is sufficient to notify the SELLER within this period in writing or via permanent data storage of the exercise of the right of withdrawal.
ARTICLE 6 - COMPETENT COURT
In the implementation of this contract, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the BUYER's or SELLER's place of residence are authorized up to the value declared by the Ministry of Customs and Trade.
