Shipping and Delivery

All information about order tracking, delivery times, shipping campaigns and address changes.

How can I track my order?

From the moment you complete your order by paying with your card until delivery, the following information messages will be sent:

  • Once payment is completed: “Payfem | Your Order Has Been Received” email
  • When delivered to the cargo: "Payfem | Your Order Has Been Shipped" email and SMS

You can also view your order status and shipping tracking number from My Account → My Orders tab.

When will my order arrive?
  • Products are usually delivered within 1–3 business days .
  • You will be notified via SMS when your order is shipped.
  • You can track your shipment progress in the My Account → My Orders section.

In exchange transactions, presentation of an invoice is mandatory.

Where is my package? What is the free shipping policy?

When your shipment is delivered, you will be sent an email and SMS titled "Payfem | Your Order Has Been Shipped".

Free Shipping: Payfem.com offers free shipping for purchases of 200 TL or more .

At what time will my purchased product be delivered?
  • Weekdays: 09:00 – 18:00
  • Saturday: 09:00 – 13:00
  • Sunday: No delivery.
Are deliveries made on public holidays?

Delivery times may vary on public holidays, depending on the working schedule of cargo companies.

Do you deliver abroad?

Currently, delivery is only available within Turkey .

My order arrived while I was not at my address, what should I do?
  • The cargo company leaves a note stating that if you are not at the address, you can pick up the delivery from the branch.
  • If you do not collect your package from the branch within 3 days , your shipment will be returned to Payfem.
  • To request reshipment of the returned cargo, you can contact our customer service: 0232 332 12 22 .

Can I change the delivery address and recipient name of my order?
  • Check your order status in My Account → My Orders .
  • If your order is in "Approved" status, call us to change the address/recipient: 0232 332 12 22 .
  • If your order has been "Shipped" , only the shipping company can change the recipient/address. Aras Cargo: 444 25 52 .
